| Accordingly, BFD invites qualified contractors who have previously worked in the same field to submit their bids through the tender mentioned above, in accordance with the tender documents. | وعليه تدعو مؤسسة بناء للتنمية الاخوة المقاولين المؤهلين والذين سبق ان عملوا في نفس المجال تقديم عطاءاتهم عن طريق المناقصة المذكور أعلاه وذلك وفقا لوثائق المناقصات. |
| 1. Tender documents can be obtained through clicking on Apply Now Button | 1. يمكن الحصول على وثائق المناقصة الضغط على ايقونة التقديم في الأسفل |
| 2. The bid should be submitted in a sealed Stamped with the project name and tender number written on it, before the date specified above for opening the envelopes to the following address: Building Foundation for Development Office – Aden Governorate - Khormaksar District - Al Andalus Neighborhood - Next to the Ministry of Public Health and Population. | 2.يسلم العطاء في مظروف مغلق ومختوم (او بالشمع الاحمر) مكتوب عليه اسم المشروع ورقم المناقصة، قبل الموعد المحدد أعلاه لفتح المظاريف على العنوان التالي: مكتب مؤسسة بناء للتنمية بمحافظة عدن – مديرية خور مكسر – حي الاندلس – جوار وزارة الصحة والسكان. |
| 3. The envelopes are opened in a public session at Building Foundation for Development Office – Aden Governorate - Khormaksar District - Al Andalus Neighborhood - Next to the Ministry of Public Health and Population, according to the time specified above. Any bid submitted or received after this date will be rejected and will be returned. | 3. تفتح المظاريف بجلسة علنية في مكتب مؤسسة بناء للتنمية بمحافظة عدن – مديرية خور مكسر – حي الاندلس – جوار وزارة الصحة والسكان حسب المواعيد المحددة أعلاه وأي عطاء يقدم أو يصل بعد هذا الموعد سيرفض وسوف يعاد إلى صاحبه مغلقاً. |
| 4. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid commercial register. | 4. على المتقدم احضار صورة من السجل التجاري ساري المفعول. |
| 5. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid tax card. | 5. على المتقدم إحضار صورة من البطاقة الضريبية سارية المفعول. |
| 6. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid profession practice certificate. | 6. على المتقدم احضار صورة من شهادة مزاولة المهنة سارية المفعول . |
| 7. An unconditional bank guarantee or a check acceptable to pay for the amount and currency specified above must be attached to the bid, valid for the above-mentioned period starting from the date of opening the envelopes. Any bid that is not accompanied by a bid guarantee will be rejected. | 7. يرفق مع العطاء ضمان بنكي غير مشروط أو شيك مقبول الدفع بالمبلغ والعملة المحدد أعلاه صالح للمدة المذكورة أعلاه ابتداء من تاريخ فتح المظاريف وسيرفض أي عطاء غير مصحوب بضمان المناقصة. |
| 8. The bid shall be submitted in the currency mentioned above, and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded. | 8. يقدم العطاء بالعملة المذكورة أعلاه، وسيتم استبعاد أي عطاء يتم تقديمه بعملة مغايرة. |
